I hope that is toughened glass. As a student I travelled daily by train, as did a lot of others. One morning there was a ambulance waiting at Waverley ready to pick up someone who had misused a glass test tube.

As it comes with an amplifier for playing music associated with the deceased maybe Tom Jones could serenade.

Having just organised my funeral I am wondering why it was not part of the discussion of what to do with my ashes !!

This is a rather weird (IMO) thing to do with your loved one's ashes. What other things could you suggest, perhaps, not necessarily for a loved one (ex husband/wife). Prize for the most unusual/bizarre/horrendous suggestion.

But this is art.....! confused

I think the nicest thing to do with ashes of a loved member of the family is to plant a tree, perhaps a fruit tree, over the top of them.Which would work for either the DH or a loved pet. I mentioned this to Mr Roses and he said it was a great idea, for both of us.what happens otherwise, scattered on the wind, and end up on somebody's clean washing, or buried in the churchyard.

My brother scattered my father's ashes from a favourite cliff top. Unfortunately the wind took them inland onto a family's picnic. I can't help thinking my father would have been very amused. smile

LOL, when my MIL's ashes were scattered I think we got a trainee doing the scattering. She scattered them upwind of me -- MIL got me in the end smile

Got that ruddy song in my head now.
