Anyone awake?

Just went downstairs to make a cup of tea to bring up to bed, but decided on a whisky and dry ginger instead. Anyone else can't sleep?

I`m awake, but only because I`ve not had time to catch up on here yet. Will be off to bed soon.

I'm awake too. I think a loud bang from under my bed woke me up about an hour ago (probably a dream!?) It spooked me and I am wide awake now. I have to get up for work at 6 and won't be back in the house until at least 8pm...... Oh heck!! ?

Was fast asleep but was woken by DH because of my snoring. Now in spare room but wide awake....

Sorry I didn't join you which I could have done as I saw every hour til about 4am but don't switch on as screens are supposed to keep you awake.
Am so tired now but at least don't have to be out at work at6am til 8pm-poor you Lynne bo.
Needless to say in a good sleep when it's time to get up.
And then (lovely) neighbour's pulled their (3!) wheelie bins in-what a row-wait til I see them! Disturbing us retired folks when they're going out to work-tee hee!
A friend staying with us suggests hypnotherapy for insomnia.
