Lots of leftovers eg gammon, cheese, cream - so made a paste of dry mustard powder, dash of Smoked Paprica and the ever faithful Worcestershire Sauce (Lee and Perrins) then into a small saucepan put grated cheese with cream added paste then cut cooked gammon into strips and for want of a better word marinaded them with pink peppercorns and dried chilli peppers - I know I shouldn`t say it but I will it was delicious just needed to share I`ll just have another
