I've suffered with CTS for a year or so and now it's getting to be a real nuisance. First I had to give up knitting and crochet, so am sticking with sewing. But it's got to the stage now where my left hand is tingling and going numb with more or less anything I do. I've started dropping things because I can't feel them. The other day I was making a cake and twice I dropped the mixing bowl as I was tilting it to pour the mixture into the cake tin
It's not just the tingling and numbness - my whole arm feels leaden and achy more or less all the time.
I have got a brace, just a cheap one, which does help a bit when I'm wearing it, but I hate wearing it - it makes my arm hot and itchy and I hate feeling restricted.
So, has anyone had the surgery? And if so, how much has it helped? Can you now do all the things you used to be able to do? Any advice and info would be very much appreciated
Shall we reboot our cartoons thread again? 😁
