No, not for driving a bin lorry when he had a historyof blackouts and having a blackout and killing, was it seven people?

Two weeks ago, despite having had his driving license withdrawn as he was no longer considered fit to drive for health reasons, he was caught by the police driving a car. Presumably he would also have been driving without insurance.

It makes one look at the terrible accident he had when driving a bin lorry in a completely different light. What a pity charges for that cannot be laid based on subsequent behaviour.

You're kidding MOnica!! Whatever sort of person can this man be?! I'm speechless. I imagine he'll be reprimanded? but I begin to wonder!! Don't know what to say!!

Seem to remember he escaped criminal charges but the families are bringing a civil action. Not really sure what happened but it was not what a lot of people would have like to see happen, him locked up for instance.

What an irresponsible, thoughtless moron. I hope they throw the book at him.
