And I worried that they wouldn't get on!

taken yesterday evening

What a fab picture. And to think you nearly sent Sprout back to the CPL.

Anne58 Tue 16-Sep-14 22:34:14

I didn't, that was someone else, in fact the same person that at first wanted to send Digby back when he (Digby, that is) hissed and swore at the late lamented Maurice!

Not entirely sure how Digby felt about being used as some sort of mattress, but the two of them stayed like that for over an hour!

Anne58 Tue 16-Sep-14 22:35:41

Wonder if this will work?

Anne58 Tue 16-Sep-14 22:36:13

Oh bugger, same picture!

Anne58 Tue 16-Sep-14 22:37:02

Will this work?

Frannygranny Tue 16-Sep-14 22:39:22

Fabulous. Where does one start and the other finish? What beautiful markings.

Charleygirl Tue 16-Sep-14 22:43:09

You should be proud that your baby boys appear to be good friends now! These pictures are superb.

Anne58 Tue 16-Sep-14 22:43:50

I know what you mean Frannygranny but Digby is the one sort of lying West to East, Oliver Sprout is lying on top of Digby sort of South to West, if that makes sense?

Digby came to us 2 years ago via CPL, and is now 4, Oliver Sprout is a much newer addition (still from CPL) and is just under 18 months.

Ana Tue 16-Sep-14 22:47:01

I'm still cross that you've changed Sprout's name, phoenix! wink

Why did you?

Anne58 Tue 16-Sep-14 22:48:29

Thank you Charleygirl Mr P took the photos last night. They are both handsome chaps (well, at least we think so!) although very different in body shape.

Digby is short in the leg and tail, and weighs just over a stone shock , Oliver Sprout is all gangly, long legs and tail, but we think he is just going through the teenage phase of growing! grin

Anne58 Tue 16-Sep-14 22:49:48

Another one!

(I'll stop now, promise)

Anne58 Tue 16-Sep-14 22:51:06

Oh heck, done it again with the repeat photos!

Think I'd better give up!

absent Tue 16-Sep-14 22:56:17

Don't worry about duplicates phoenix. You can never have too much of a good thing.

Anne58 Tue 16-Sep-14 23:04:49

Ana not really changed his name, still stand on the doorstep calling "Sprrrrrout!" with the equivalent number of "rrrr's"!

Oliver Sprout is sort of saved for telling offs, such as this evening when today's body count seemed to be a tad OTT (blush)

3 small mammals, vole/mouse selection
2 birds, one being a Robin, the second Robin in 2 weeks.

I'm not counting the starling mentioned in a previous post, for the reasons covered.

Nelliemoser Tue 16-Sep-14 23:09:05

Phoenix They are exceptionally handsome cats and they have clearly bonded now.

kittylester Wed 17-Sep-14 06:43:12

Georgeous Phoenix - lucky you!!

Agus Wed 17-Sep-14 09:38:00

What a fabulous photo phoenix. So glad that Sprout has obviously settled in very well.

Agus Wed 17-Sep-14 09:39:26

Scout and Felix. GD's pride and joy.

Agus Wed 17-Sep-14 09:40:57

Woohoo! first attempt at posting a photo. grin

janerowena Wed 17-Sep-14 09:46:02

No stars, so have a sunshine !

Lovely cats, and kittens. It's amazing how quickly Phoenix's have bonded though.

Charleygirl Wed 17-Sep-14 09:52:25

phoenix I love Tara to bits but loathe the takeaways that she brings home for me.

That is quite a selection for your little chap -when he grows, I hope that he leaves the rat population alone.

Agus yours are also adorable. Luckily I do not know where you or phoenix live or there may be some cat snatching!

glammanana Wed 17-Sep-14 09:57:32

Great Pics of your boys Phoenix funny how all our little friend's like to get comfy on the back of the sofa's here is Poppy on her favourite perch.

shysal Wed 17-Sep-14 10:01:56

All gorgeous! I certainly shan't be posting any 'togetherness' pics of mine! They just about tolerate each other at a distance.

Charleygirl Wed 17-Sep-14 10:30:34

shysal I think if I introduced another cat into this house Tara would see it off the premises sharpish.
