On 20th December I ordered a new coffee table and small cupboard from HERE. I was a bit nervous about choosing and buying furniture online, but I needn't have been. The company called me immediately, confirmed my order and informed me it would be delivered on Christmas Eve. It was duly delivered, but the cupboard had a couple of (very minor) faults; I contacted the company by email on Christmas Day and on Boxing Day I had a phone call saying the item would be replaced. The new cupboard arrived on New Year's Eve and the first one was collected. I was so thrilled with both the furniture and customer service that I have since bought a sideboard - and again delivery was within one week. The furniture is really lovely and the customer service was faultless. The delivery date/time is confirmed by phone call, email and text - and the drivers call thirty minutes before arrival and deliver the furniture to the room you want it in.

This is nice to know ga. I have thought their furniture looked good in their adverts.

So good to hear of really good service,I must say we had excellent service from a big furniture store (adverts constantly on TV) and was very unsure,we had to wait 12 weeks for the sofa's to be made in the colour we wanted but when they arrived on the specified date the care the delivery men took was second to none and 4 yrs later they still look as good as the day they where delivered.
GA did you decide on a sofa ?

I have a low cupboard from them that we have the CDs in/ music centre on. have been v pleased with it.

We purchased large table and chairs 13 months ago, extends fully to seat all the family at once. We love it, would love to get matching sideboard but not enough room.smile

We ordered a table, six chairs and a sideboard from Oakfurnitureland about twenty months ago - we actually went to a shop and had a look first. We have been very pleased with them and my sister has also ordered several items from them.

Glamma it was the prospect of ordering the sofa that pushed me into the decision to buy the other furniture. The sofa is from another furniture shop and being made to order, so there's a five week wait. It should arrive by the end of the first week of February; it's leather with a matching footstool and I am really excited. [sad git emoticon] The Wonderful Man has even mentioned the prospect of replacing the kitchen at the end of the year; our current one is actually about forty years old and was probably 'cutting edge' when it was put in. \o/
