Coast: The Great Guide

Just watching this on iplayer - I really wanted to see this episode as I know the South Wales coast well and was looking forward to learning more about it - so far I have seen a presenter puffing and panting in a rowing race and another presenter kite-surfing; now one of them is in a boat filming dolphins. Not what I was hoping for.

Talk about dumbing down!

We have been so disappointed with this series; it just seems to be a re-hash of clips from old episodes (some very old indeed) with someone panting around the coast and reiterating the same drivel over and over again.

What a disappointment! It was advertised as a 'new series' but should have been presented as a review of Coast over the years.
I used to love this programme.

We have cancelled the recording and shall not be watching again.

A 'new series' on the cheap
The BBC should be ashamed.

DH and I may be grumpy but we always enjoyed previous series of Coast.

It has run out of steam

Exactly Luckygirl A programme made from bits of old ones. We were looking forward to it also as we are very familiar with the area . But it chopped and changed from one subject to the next and back. Very disappointing really.

And what does Neil have in his bag? DH says a hairbrush grin
