A little bit of erotica. As suggested by the instigator of our new forum.

Blue sky, warm sun. Birdsong, wind whispers. Softly waving grass, long enough to hide all sins and pleasures. A day to welcome sleep. And love.

Cool hands on warm bodies. Shivers, tremblings. Sweet breath on faces, hands on thighs and breasts, sweeter still.

The day cools. The watchful sun turns his face.

In the growing dusk, Karen and Amy walk home. Together.

Perhaps it would be better - then in the growing dusk...

Ana Tue 24-Mar-15 16:16:51

That's lovely, jingl. smile
I don't think it needs a 'then'.

jinglbellsfrocks Tue 24-Mar-15 16:51:25

Thanks Ana smile. (Phew! Thought I might have upset everybody grin)

cazthebookworm Tue 24-Mar-15 19:34:37

Imaginative and original, wish I could write like that.

jinglbellsfrocks Tue 24-Mar-15 21:01:54

Yes. well written. The twist in the tale was what a twist should be - totally unexpected.

A bell rang and framed in the office doorway stood a young man clutching a bouquet of red roses. The five young women glanced up expectantly from their desks. "Wow! Then one declared " who are they for"

"Ah, the recipient knows" replied the young mam.

Quietly from the back of the office a gentle voice remarked"If there is no message and only 11 red roses they will be for me" Approaching the young man she counted the roses and took the bouquet saying. "Yes they are for me, eleven red roses for I am the twelfth,"

Silence ensued

jinglbellsfrocks Wed 25-Mar-15 19:41:12

That's very romantic. Sigh! smile

Ana Wed 25-Mar-15 19:42:35

Not erotic, though...

jinglbellsfrocks Wed 25-Mar-15 20:01:52

Could be. Depending on how you take it....

cazthebookworm Wed 25-Mar-15 20:07:16

I really liked it, another budding writer.

bramblelover Wed 25-Mar-15 21:58:36

Many thanks . As a new kid on the block I wasnt sure about writing it. Eleven red roses with no message were first sent 48 years ago and and the unwritten message was "for you my darling are the twelfth " . They are still sent today. True story.

annodomini Wed 25-Mar-15 22:39:48

That's so romantic, brambleover. smile sunshine

jinglbellsfrocks Wed 25-Mar-15 22:44:04

jinglbellsfrocks Wed 25-Mar-15 22:44:32

I was looking forward to that.

Ana Wed 25-Mar-15 22:47:15

I did that right. Gransnet is broken.

Lying in bed
Warm tropical night
Dusty, sweaty bodies entwined
She then said
Do you think
We might
Have
A cup of tea?

jinglbellsfrocks Wed 25-Mar-15 23:06:19

grin

jinglbellsfrocks Wed 25-Mar-15 23:06:53

Was that instead of a fag?
