Ingredients

200g packet shortcrust pastry.
4 tbsp cranberry sauce
4 tbsp apple pie filling

Method

1. Roll out pasty to line 4 x 10cm. fluted tart tins.
2. Mix cranberry and apple together. Divide the filling between the 4 tart cases.
3. Bake the tarts in the middle of the oven Gas mark 6/200C for 20 minutes. Leave to cool on wire rack. Delicious serve warm with Rum butter or ice cream.
