4 tbsp of suet
1 diced onion
1 tbsp dried sage
Two pork sausages, skinned.
1 egg
Salt and pepper to season.

Handy Hint

Can be frozen after cooking.

Method

1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
2. Roll into balls and bake for 3 mins in oven, gas 5.
