Sugar
Herbs
Lemon Juice
Olive Oil
Pork
2 Apples
Sage Leaves

Handy Hint

Keep checking the apples they brown really quickly.

Method

cut pork so it is 1.5cm thick.
Cut two apples.
Use pork, sage leaves and a little bit of olive oil for the paste
Add butter, Herbs, Lemon juice, apples and sugar in to the frying pan.
Heat so it is hot and make sure the apples are turned over so they are brown both sides
Keep cooking until the sugar and lemon juice have melted in with the butter.
Flatten the pork so it is 1cm thick.
Cook pork until dark in colour and make sure there are no pink bits anywhere.
