Method1. Roll out the pastry and cut out eight identical shapes which will form your parcel - use a small bowl as a template or a large pastry shape cutter.2. Place the ingredients in a bowl and mix together. 3. Spoon the ingredients into the centre of four pastry shapes. Egg wash around the edges and top with the remaining pastry shapes. Be careful to crimp the edges so your filling doesn't escape. 4. Brush with egg wash. 5. Place in a hot oven 200°C for 20 minutes or until golden. |
