Ingredients

Digestives
350g whole meal flour
50g medium oatmeal
2 tsp baking powder
1tsp crushed sea salt
50g pale muscovado sugar
150g butter
120 ml milk to bind
Mix dry ingredients and rub in butter with enough milk to bind. Knead briefly and wrap and chill for a short while. Roll out thinly on floured surface. Cut 10 cm rounds.
Cook at190Cr 375 F gas 5 for 20 min until golden. Cool completely before storing .

Use non stick paper to bake
