Methodsoak the fruit and all bran in the prune juice for about an hour; mix in the flour and baking powder to a fairly stiff consistency; pop it in a greased, non stick fruit loaf tin and bake for around 25 minutes, 170 deg Celsius/gas mark 5. Less time is needed if using a fan assisted oven. |
