Ingredients

home-made chicken stock
some mushrooms
chopped onion
a smashed clove of garlic
small tin of white tuna in brine
small tin of sweetcorn (water drained off)

thick cream and chopped parsley to serve

Handy Hint

If you have chives growing on your garden, try floating a flower on each bowl :)

Method

Put the first four ingredients in a pan and cook for a while.
Add the drained tuna.
Whizz all in a blender.
Return to pan.
Add drained sweetcorn.

Heat up and serve. You can add some cream before serving or just a swirl in each dish. A garnish of chopped parsley is nice too.

Kids could pick the chives. Dairy free if you do without the cream. Suitable for babies who are able to deal with the sweetcorn kernels, or give them some without the sweetcorn.
