Getting back to original point - if it is on basis of age blooming outrageous and completely out of order I'd say. Boris not allowed in the stadium... ?actually the way he behaved in the closing ceremony of the last one, shuffling around impersonating an unmade bed - very disrespectful to Chinese hosts - maybe that is WHY!!! He has proved over 45s cannot be trusted.
