The flashing is 'doin' me 'ead in'! DH is painting the kitchen and what with the smell of the paint and the flashing (of the advert, not DH) is getting to me a bit!

Whats with all these flashing adverts everywhere you look. I cant even watch a good football match without the hoarding catching your eye, no wonder they can knock a decent game together it must be off putting.

What scout – I can't see a scout?

Oh, that one. You can't see it when you're composing your words of wisdom, only after you've posted.

Are you referrring to the two women holding a flag. Looks like something from Soviet Russia, telling all women to go forth and work for their homeland,have the community spirit, we are all in it together. Just a minute haven't I heard that before somewhere???

I thought she was a Russian winner of mother-of-ten-medal waving that flag - but I have no scout and no flashing - or should that be a flashing scout - oh dear no.
