I think 'guerrila knitting' is the latest craze and such fun. I have seen bits of it in various places including the Eden Project. The wardrobe department at Birmingham Royal Ballet knitted an outfit for the bull in the bull ring and then someone has done a union flag one too. I'd love to have a go round here sometime.

Isn't Scottish knitted lace gorgeous. I've just bought a hand knitted one ply Shetland lace stole to take on holiday.

Yes, that's right! Someone on the Shetalnd island of Burra has knitted a fence using curtain poles and string grin. It's lovely.
