Some of us did that at my chorus concert last September. All was going well, we were all properly solemn with our heads bowed but unfortunately the hood on my robe was much too big for my head and it slipped right over my head until it was hanging underneath my chin. My entire neck and head were inside. This meant I had to listen extra extra carefully to the words and music as I couldn't snatch quicky glances (only with my eyes) as to where the others were at. I heard later that it added a bit more amusement. I did hear more laughter and thought it might have been directed at me. I'm not terribly tall so I was placed between two very tall monks which made me look quite little. It was lots of fun!
