Are you on Twitter Grandslam? This guy, Carl Legge, is worth following for sourdough bread and other recipes.

Has anyone got a (fairly simple) sourdough bread recipe - I have been given some sourdough which I have been nursing for the past 10 days, but only found complicated recipes on the net.
