That's so true! I am feeling particularly bulky right now and everything feels uncomfortable. Time for action methinks

And when people notice the difference.

Lots of things Being able walk between parked cars at the supermarket. Being able to reach my toe nails to cut them. Not getting out of breath walking upstairs. Looking in mirrors again. The hairdresser's gown fitting. Buying clothes in sizes that are available everywhere. Compliments.
The very best thing though is just feeling so damned pleased with myself!

All of the above, and finding it easy to get out of the bath. I had got to the stage of having to roll over onto hands and knees to enable me to stand up.

It's a great feeling isn't it. Waistband on trousers that now feel comfortable, feeling happy when someone puts an arm round your waist when you're not embarrassed about the spare tyre, being able to tuck a shirt inside your trousers instead of having to leave everything hanging outside. I'm determined to stay at this size now

Seeing your blood pressure going down and your knees/hips/back no longer hurting when you take long walks.
Being able to buy clothes that are not labelled 'Plus', which are often more expensive.

Am off for another swim now as I still have some way to go . 7lbs .
