How does anyone do that fasting thing? I've read about it - it sounds really good. I've thought about it - sounds easy in theory. I've definitely meant to do it. But when I get up in the morning, all good intentions disappear, and I tuck in to my usual grub. (Sighs pathetically). Come on you fasters, what's the trick?

Nanado Thu 17-Jan-13 23:06:13

Just bite the bullet hummingbird and think of England tomorrow. I think shysal is the expert on this but I may have made that up grin

Well, avoid crunchies for a start!

But seriously hummingbird , I haven't tried it so will leave it to those that have to comment.

Back to your original post...Cheelu can your husband still walk because if mine did that in the mood I'm in I might well have broken his legs grin
