I've been up since 05.00 and now rather peckish, to say the least!

I have a full fridge so just pondering ...

Just had strawberries, grapes, blueberries and Coco Pops (totally against all healthy eating but just fancied them) with yogurt - might have some toast later on too grin

It’ll be bran flakes and fresh raspberries from the garden.

Always the same at home, a bowl of fresh fruit and a yogurt. We will be away next week so may have a full English or possibly ham and eggs. Finished off with toast and marmalade. Drooling already.

My usual two crumpets plastered with Lurpak and a drinking choc.
I had my very strong cuppa first thing, that's a ritual too !

M0nica Sun 22-Sep-19 08:51:24

2 marmite rice cakes, spread with quark and topped with sliced cucumber, fruit juice and a large mug of Lift (instant lemon tea)

M0nica Sun 22-Sep-19 08:55:05

oh, and two paracetamol and codeine and a stiff coffee because I woke up with mild migraine this morning

...and before anyone posts to warn me I know paracetamol and codeine is an opiod and addictive, but I have been taking a couple about once a month for over 30 years, without ever feeling a need to take them more frequently or other than for migraine - they are the only things that control mine.
