As the title would suggest Im after info regarding Pilates. A new beginners class is starting up near me and I’m considering joining but would like to hear from those grans who go/have been to Pilates, what it entails and what is required, clothing, fitness etc.
Since lockdown 1 I’ve not really done much exercise and have become a couch potato. Running isn’t a thing I’d ever do so couch to 5k is a non starter.
I was attending Aquafit twice a week before March 2020 but wondered if Pilates would be of more benefit with the added advantage of not getting wet!
I’ve signed up for a taster session but would like to have an idea of what to expect before I go. TIA
