Interesting blog. Jo must have had a fair bit of confidence to go on the show in the first place! It must have been the spur she was waiting for.

Love the name "Nannycake"!

I am a huge fan of the Bake Off. It is good to hear that Jo has made such a good life after her win. My children then grandchildren love to bake with me, and the basic techniques will stay with them for life. I have had a try, in the past, at most of the items featured on the show, though not always with the success achieved by Jo and others!
It was good to read Jo's blog, she did well to get onto the programme, let alone win it!
