Those of us living in the St Albans area are aware of a 12yr old boy called Bailey Sarwa battling a rare form of cancer called Neuroblastoma. He has been refused further treatment in the UK and is now forced to seek treatment in Germany. This would cost nearly half a million pounds! Full details are at www.BaileySarwa.co.uk

A lot of parents in the district have been holding fundraising activities but this is the first I have seen aimed at the Grans and Grandads.

Friday, 27 April 2012.14:00 until 17:00. St Mary's Church Hall, St Albans

Join us for a Vintage Tea Party, with a wonderfully old-fashioned tea, music and vintage atmosphere. All proceeds to The Bailey Sarwa Appeal. Tickets £10 in advance from Louise O'Brien email: [email protected]

Sounds like fun and for a great cause so thought I would share.
