There was a film with a funny scene about this in wasn't there... can't remember which one.
My ultimate goal would be that when my grandkids say "Nana come on the trampoline with us" I would not have to make excuses about why I can't leap up and down with them.
I reckon trampolines (rather than ping pong balls) are an appropriate test for mature women who are pillars of the community.
My interim goal is to go for a jog without having to make sure i have a pee first and then don't have think about not peeing, while jogging...
