What things have you never had or done?

I've never eaten whale although I chewed some for what felt like 2 hours. It didn't get any smaller how ever hard I chewed. And, I didn't try to eat the raw horse!

There are so many other things I haven't done that my list would go on for ever!

Have never ridden a bike, never had a manicure or pedicure, never broken a bone,never driven a car, never robbed a bank[thought about it],never been on a sailing yacht[and I live on the coast], never snogged a woman [no thank you], never skied,[ on land or water],never had a tattoo.

Never had a tattoo,a balloon ride or a parachute jump.Started on the latter but had to back out due to dizziness in training session.
Never had a dishwasher
Never knowingly took illegal drugs- but those cakes in Goa tasted funny and the stars were dancing!
Had a go at snorkelling in Maldives at 69-fantastic- but couldn’t get the hang of the scuba-diving gear.
Never tasted oysters- Yuk! or octopus.

I have never seen The Exorcist – and definitely don't want to.

I have never texted anyone and have no idea how it work. Mr absent usually has the only mobile phone in the house.

I have never been to Scotland and certainly must do so before I leave the UK forever.

naughty titters... wouldn't say no to a go on the pole...might cope with getting one leg up and around...pity the other, plus crutch, would have to remain un-uplifted. Not a pretty sight!

I never managed to climb down from the monkey bars in our local park when I was little,I had no problem getting up there but couldn't get down.

I have never climbed a rope.

I have never abseiled.

I have been in a canoe.

I have never seen and never intend to see Titanic. In fact I want it as my epitaph ....She never watched Titanic.

I have never used or owned a dishwasher.

I never got over the vaulting horse either - the only thing I could do in gym was hang upside down on the wall bars.
I have never seen any Star Wars, Star Trek, Godfather or Rocky film, or read any fantasy fiction.

I never had a Sindy or a Barbie I desperatley wanted one or a Tressy.

I would love to do naked star jumps around the garden on a hot night.
I have never been able to swim,,but I can sink with style
I have never been able to line dance,just do my own thing

Never had a kebab, pedicure or taken drugs. Never got a sum right in maths and never had a teacher care enough to help me.

What have I never done?

In five years of playing rounders in senior school I never once managed to hit the ball with the bat, likewise netball, never scored, never managed to vault over the horse, never ever got to the top of the climbing bars.

Never came top (or even close in any school subject)

The one comment on my school report that I am most proud of,

"If Mgwnzy spent as much time on her studies as she does trying to be class comedian she could expect better results in her O levels"

No, I've never been a smoker either, but I didn't put that because no smoking, drinking, swearing......gives the impression of a goody two shoes. I do have five children though!!

I have done all those, grannyactivist, but the drug-taking was done unknowingly!
One of my daughters was going out with the chef off Sam Spiegel's yacht and he offered to make dinner for us in my apartment. He and my girls thought it was a really good idea for him to put cannabis in the soup. I can remember remarking how very strong the wine was, then I am told I put on my roller skates and had a little tour of Monaco, followed by three giggling young people
I have never smoked a cigarette though.

learnt to ride a bike properly
taken illegal drugs
never been drunk
sworn (except when repeating things others have said), though I did once say 'damn' when youngest daughter was about 10 and she still remembers it vividly
had a massage (about to be rectified on Wednesday; daughter is taking me for a 'spa' day and has booked me a full body massage. )
