What have you "always wanted"?

I don't mean the usual stuff, like a healthy family or so on....
Someone watched me write, and said she had always wanted to be left handed.
She wasn't sure why, she just did.

I've always wanted long, dark hair.

Nonogran

A house with a far reaching & wide country view. I hope for it in my next life!

Oh me too!

Good idea, judging by the answer here.
Then music lessons, so we can blow our own trumpets.

A pony
To be slimmer

I'm not too unhappy with my looks, hair etc.
What I would have loved to do was to have been able to play Flamenco guitar. I bought a Flamenco guitar while in Spain for a boyfriend but had a blazing row with him before I got past the first 2 chords. I wish I had asked for it back!

I always wanted to be an Olympic swimmer, but when we were young, good facilities were rare.
Alternatively, to be able to sing in a big choir but was never even chosen for the school choir.sad

Bigger boobs, but not looking for more surgery now…
Eyes which don’t need specs plonking in front of them (so I mess about with contacts)
Small features.

I can sing and dance but can’t master the guitar. I’d love to be able to draw and paint. Both my DD’s are accomplished artists. They take after their dad. Playing Pictionary with my family is hilarious when it comes to my turn. No one can ever guess what I have drawn. ?

Red or auburn hair. Mine was dark brown, now grey.
A horse. I can ride but would have loved to have my own horse.
To be able to tap dance, swim and ride a bike.
To be a vet.
A Jaguar MkII car.
To be able to sing again. I used to be a soprano in our church choir, but my asthma pumps ruined my voice, now I just croak. Anyone listening probably wishes I would!

I remember at age 10 telling my mum my ambition was to be a ballerina or be 5' tall. I didn't manage either, I did teach ballet for about 10 years though but am only 4'10".

When I was in my teens I wanted a long black velvet cloak! One of my older sisters offered to make me one, but we could not have afforded the fabric....I could afford one now, but think I might look like a witch or an old crone. If only I was taller than 5'2" maybe I could carry it off!

Jazzhands Mon 11-Oct-21 22:05:35

I was only thinking of Daktari yesterday!

To be naturally slim and be able to eat what I like. I have always been either overweight or at my slimmest a curvey size 16. I can never remember being a size 12 I went from children's clothes to a size 14 as a teenager so I would love to be a size 12.
