they dont make sense have you copied them wrongly ?

gillybob Tue 14-Jul-20 16:26:55

I’ve been a goat all my life . It’s too late to change now grin

Squiffy Tue 14-Jul-20 16:58:08

? gilly!

paddyanne They make sense if you look at the second row of the old sign and then the new one - if that makes sense!

lovebeigecardigans1955 Tue 14-Jul-20 16:58:25

I consider myself to still be a goat also.

Marydoll Tue 14-Jul-20 16:58:30

Here is what has been published in the media.
Capricorn: Jan 20 - Feb 16
Aquarius: Feb 16 – March 11
Pisces: March 11 – April 18
Aries: April 18 – May 13
Taurus: May 13 – June 21
Gemini: June 21 – July 20
Cancer: July 20 – Aug 10
Leo: Aug 10 – Sept 16
Virgo: Sept 16 – Oct 30
Libra: Oct 30 – Nov 23
Scorpio: Nov 23 – Nov 29
Ophiuchus: Nov 29 – Dec 17
Sagittarius: Dec 17 – Jan 20

The new sign is Ophiuchus
As such, Ophiuchus is considered a healer of men, a doctor of medicine, or a scientist who seeks higher education and enlightenment. He’s also an interpreter of dreams, favoured by his father and other authority figures, and expected to achieve a high position in life.

Makes no difference to me, I'm not really into astrology! grin

Welshwife Tue 14-Jul-20 17:12:56

Why have they done this - was there always some wrong before? We

ginny Tue 14-Jul-20 17:13:05

I think it’s a load of rubbish anyway .

Urmstongran Tue 14-Jul-20 17:16:24

How can I no longer be a family-orientated, fussy Virgo and now be classed as a Leo ‘show-off’? Oh go on then .... ha! I’ll give it a whirl.
?

paddyanne Tue 14-Jul-20 17:19:36

I have family who are really into astrology and who read the stars for others and write for magazines. Its amazing how accurate their readings can be.

Puzzler61 Tue 14-Jul-20 17:24:15

I accept what you say Mick & Mary
but in that case it shifts me to Gemini and I definitely don’t have the traits of Gemini. ?
I’m Cancer through and through.

Marydoll Tue 14-Jul-20 17:25:44

I'm still a Taurus, so if the cap fits.... Bull in a china shop springs to mind! wink

Puzzler61 Tue 14-Jul-20 17:39:57

Ha! No, I don’t believe that Marydoll. Hope you’ve had a better day today. ?

Chewbacca Tue 14-Jul-20 17:42:09

I've just had a look at the characteristics for the zodiac sign that I've now been moved to and I don't like them one little bit. I'm staying in the same zodiac sign I've been for my previous 67 years, so there!

Katyj Tue 14-Jul-20 17:55:07

I’ve always thought my two sons belonged to the sign next to theirs, low and behold they are now. I knew mine wouldn’t have changed I’m a Taurus through as though.

Lexisgranny Tue 14-Jul-20 18:02:59

According to the New Scientist, this story first came to light in 2011 and again in 2016, being mentioned on a NASA Children’s site called Space Place. Ophiuchus has always been there apparently, but was ignored by astrologers.....I’m sticking with Pisces.

Starblaze Tue 14-Jul-20 18:11:10

Weirdly, our new signs suit us all much better in this house

phoenix Tue 14-Jul-20 18:17:36

ROAR!!

August 4th, so I stay the same!

Must try to get my mane trimmed though, and my whiskers are a disgrace, don't even mention my claws ?

Chewbacca Tue 14-Jul-20 18:19:15

Ditto Marydoll! Happy with who we were and are! grin

annodomini Tue 14-Jul-20 18:19:27

Why does Scorpio get just six days? Not that I care, but it is bizarre.

Anniebach Tue 14-Jul-20 18:29:21

The thought of my two Leo sisters being Cancerians is so funny,

Iam64 Tue 14-Jul-20 18:37:59

I'll have to google this Michael. I heard a brief piece on radio 4 news this morning. They talked about the Indian astrologers always having worked to different dates than Western astrologers
Indian/Hindu astrologers look carefully at the date and time of a baby's birth and predict their life pattern, their skills and attributes as well as the career they should follow. (or so a Hindu Indian astrologer told me)

Callistemon Tue 14-Jul-20 19:18:30

gillybob

I’ve been a goat all my life . It’s too late to change now grin

You can't tether the mountain goat, gillybob!

I think I heard about this a few years ago.

Callistemon Tue 14-Jul-20 22:55:47

I'm still the same.

But DH has changed. Interesting. He is more like his new star sign.

(If you believe in this.)

BBbevan Wed 15-Jul-20 05:26:02

I don't want to be an Ophiucus. What is that? I am a typical Sagittarian.
