Did it earlier, I don’t think it will be acted upon, but I hope it forces the party to realise how unpopular they are. Maybe some of them will do something useful.

The petition is pointless, it will achieve nothing. The views of the public and of economists are well known already. I agree with Allsorts. See how the current situation plays out, what’s in the November budget and how the party deals with Truss.

I actually do agree.
We may well want a new PM on our Christmas list, but signing a petition such as this achieves nothing.
