That's great to hear. There are still some good people about.

Who ever delivered them was lucky to find them. Only pain killers available were three packs of panadol in Asda on Friday.

My daughter had the paracetamol within 30 minutes of my posting!

A group has been set up through the local Facebook community groups in the South London Borough where I live. The people involved ( mostly young women) have also produced a request form which can be passed to people have no internet.

For your information:

There are groups being set up on Facebook for people who need anything to ask for help. They will all have the 'Covid 19 Mutual Aid' title, possibly linked to your local area.

I joined one because my daughter is self-isolating, because she thinks she has the virus and had no paracetamol. There is a supermarket JUST across the road for her but she didn't want to go in case she was infectious.

I posted in the group and someone put some through the door in less than an hour. This was to avoid infection.

The group is ALSO putting notes through doors offering help for those that aren't online.

People with contact with socially vulnerable groups are DBS checked.
