Quick question about the 'rules'.

As of Monday, when schools reopen, are we "allowed" to meet a friend for a trip to a garden centre?
I have a neighbour who, like me, has not left the house except to pick up Click and Collect and short walks for fresh air. We speak on the phone and would like to visit a garden centre together as we're both thinking of picking up compost and a few plants.
Would this be breaking the rules?
That's all.

I think it’s fine now actually as long as you count it as exercise! The only change from Momday is that you can sit down on a bench and have a cup of coffee. I say go for it!

Also, if either of you live alone, could it not come under the support bubble category?

Not breaking any rules with one friend as I can see. As long as you go in separate cars. Most of the garden centres are outdoors and ours have set up cash points in little shed type huts
