Tonight they have fitness on trampoline, thought I might give it a go....have never been on a trampoline so this should be fun to say the least lol . Anyone else tried it?

Be careful of your knees / ankles, trampolining puts a lot of stress on the joints. I think it’s a sport with a high % of injuries. Hopefully if it is a class with an instructor you will be fine! Give it a go and let us know.

I did it at school but not sure my pelvic floor is up to it and my knees and feet certainly aren't. Good Luck and enjoy.smile

Go to the loo first and wear a pad!?

Argh no! One thing I do not do is jumping. It Is OK going up but no good when you come to land.
That sort of thing is what caused my back problems in the first place.

Actually I cannot see it being good for any older people with rather worn joints.

Agree with Teetime and Pamela - it had never occurred to me and I learned the hard way blush blush
