Does it freeze well?

It does freeze well flatten it out in zip type sandwich bags so it's easier to store in freezer.

Mine freezes OK.

The thawed cauliflower might be a bit softer than people might like but that can be adjusted by shortening the initial cooking time when you're preparing it for freezing.

Personally, no, I don't have great success freezing anything cheesy. My macaroni cheese goes very cloddy too.

I have frozen it but I find it's soggy when thawed and isn't great. I agree about freezing cheese based sauces. I'm never very successful with them.

I freeze it in the dish I'm going to cook it in and yes, it does freeze well.
