My cookery bible is Jane Grigson's -English Food- and a lot of the time it's all I need. But I am on the lookout for a good book on cooking for one given that I do a lot of it. Any recommendations?

The only one I can think of is Delia Smith’s “Cooking for One” or someone else’s “one is fun”. Both pretty old.

Joe Wickes books are pretty much all recipes for one.

They taste really good, are quick and easy and I lost weight when I just did his meals!

Well just divide the quantities to get a serving for one ..
