Parmesan shortbreads…….much requested recipe!

I was asked on another thread for a recipe, so as to not derail the thread I’ve started a new one.
The link is for little Parmesan short breads, there are lots of recipes out there, this is one I have used.
You can make the dough cut out the rounds and freeze them ready to bake, I use a champagne flute to cut them it’s the perfect size.
Serve alone or with a homemade pesto or tapenade.

While we’re on the subject of food, a delicious summer salad to try; Line a large flat plate with lettuce, add chopped watermelon ( seeds are fine) now cube a pack of Feta and arrange around the melon, finely chop one red chilli and a handful of mint leaves, sprinkle over the top and serve.

This recipe never fails. It is delicious and you will get a lot of compliments.
