I've just sent it to my much younger cousin, her husband was tragically killed in a RTA and she is so struggling to come to terms...she replied and said the poem describes her exactly...

Yes, this is lovely, isn't it? I passed it on to my sister who helps run a group for ladies who've suffered depression. It's very inspiring.
