Frenchic paint.

Has anyone used this. Is it easier/more difficult to use than chalk paint? And can you paint over chalk painted furniture with it. I understand you can even paint upvc with it: not that I’m planning to do that.

I’ll need to google vinyl wrapped kitchen cupboards first. Why do I keep imagining a kitchen wrapped up in cling film confused?
