Half way House

In 2007 a half-way house was plonked next to us in a terraced row of family homes. Since then we've been subjected to loud music, foul language, drug taking and dealing and threats. The house is funded by Warwickshire County Council to the tune of between £1,000 and £1,500 per man per WEEK. We have tried to sell or rent out our house but can't because nobody will take it on. Two estate agents said the project had wiped between £15/20,000 off the value of our property.

Has anyone else suffered in a similar way, what have you done about it, and would you be interested in getting together a lobbying group?
