Silvercareuk

Has anybody else had trouble with Silvercareuk, a firm which supplies all sorts of things for the elderly? I ordered a granny phone from them on 29 May. They took the full cost from my account on 1 ,June. They subsequently told me they no longer stocked this model, but despite several emails have refused to refund the money. Not realising the kind of firm I was dealing with I ordered another model. Again they took the money at once, said they had sent the phone on 19 June but no phone has arrived. They are impossible to get through on the phone, despite leaving my number as asked they never ring back. I am now down the best part of £100, and thoroughly frustrated.
