Teashops in Oxford

Oxford is better known for pubs and students on bicycles, but there must be some nice places for a visitor to get a cupcake and a brew

Any recommendations?

(There seems to be an obsession with food on this forum.)

The Rose in High Street was OK the last time I was there, about eighteen months ago after visiting the Botanic Garden. Also Morton's in New Inn Hall Street, much less busy than the one in the Covered Market.
