There's a lot of discussion bout the 8% improvement in memory brought about by 60 days of hot chocolate twice a day (if I have the facts right, I have read so many secondary comments we perhaps need access to the original research). We have long had a square (or two!!) of 70% Cocoa chocolate a night so I wonder if this will be similar. Doesn't seem to be working too well so far, but then who knows what we'd be like without it!
