Meet Up 9th January for Gransnetters

Our First Meet-Up along with Language for Fun

Please put it in your diary and more important still, come along!

Simply email [email protected] if you’d like us to save you a space!

Thursday 9th January we will meet at :

Walton Community Centre :Stone ( Whitemill Lane, Walton, Stone ST5 0EQ)

6.30pm – 8pm

We’ll socialise (with cake) and try a little fun French.

Some will be absolute beginners but language teachers are also welcome.

Snacks, coffee, tea included and more cake!

Vanessa, Jessica and Ann will welcome you! No cost! Au Revoir!

Hey - can you let us know if you'd like to come on this forum page as well as telling Vanessa? It feels weird sending out an invitation when we don't know if people are interested. We thought the next one might be at the Potters Club in Federation House opposite Stoke Station. I remember being very curious about this 'exclusive' venue when I was at work but I was invited recently and its actually very friendly and comfortable. Lynn Sumners who is a member has said she will host us all so any thoughts welcome!!!
I do hope to see some of you on 9th January!

We had our first meeting, Vanessa taught us some French and we ate lots of cake (and took plenty home too). It was a lovely group of people, the Gransnetters blending in well with the adventurous group of well travelled local enthusiasts who have practiucally all signed up for French courses longer term. When the dates have been finalised for the classes we'll put them on Gransnet North Staffordshire!
