I have IBS which flares with the slightest change in diet leading to weight loss but getting exercise is a bigger challenge altogether as even slightly over doing it on the activity front causes post exertional fatigue - maybe time to wire the WiFit up again?
The nice thing about NY is that is is like the "Monday" of your year - the start date that gives you hope of changes for the coming year. I'm hoping, no, planning to change my diet and do some more exercise (dirty word) bit by bit.
