Do you find yourself regretting overindulging over Christmas and New Year? Any sure fire ways you recommend to get back on the straight and narrow? Or perhaps you perfected a way to avoid the binge - guilt cycle that you could share with us?
I have IBS which flares with the slightest change in diet leading to weight loss but getting exercise is a bigger challenge altogether as even slightly over doing it on the activity front causes post exertional fatigue - maybe time to wire the WiFit up again?
