. Hope you all had a good Christmas. I wonder how many are regretting the extra chocs and cream now? I know I am, think I am suffering from what my mum would have called "eyes bigger than your tummy" syndrome!
Never mind, it's just once a year and we should have guilt-free celebrations with our family and friends. It just remains to see how we shift these extra pounds now. What do you plan to do? Diet, exercise, both? I have a Wii Fit and might dust that off.
