Whats your most overused word?

I work with someone who overuses the word 'essentially' I counted her saying it 15 times this afternoon in a 20 minute phone call, now I cant take in a word she says as I'm counting the number of times she says it...essentially! hmm

I would say my word is Please but I dont really consider it over used because I consider it to be a very important word smile

Cathybee - yes that's nice - I'm trying to avoid saying 'bothered?' when I'm frustrated...what I should do is explain why I am frustrated to the person who is frustrating me
