I know some people really like crafting either as a skilled supergran or just beginners. How a out if we organise a meet up at crafts classes or fairs? We can share information here or exchange notes?

I have just started to teach myself to knit and am battling to teach myself to crochet too which is very difficult being left handed. I am a complete novice so I am not sure if I am up to craft fairs just yet but I am wanting to make new friends after moving to Fareham recently. It would be great to meet other ladies from Fareham if they see this message.
I have three older children and one baby granddaughter. Hope to hear from anyone in Fareham or close by.
