If your joints are creaking a bit and training for a marathon isn't quite your thing there are lots of hints and tips in answer to some of the gransnetters questions on keeping fit within your health limitations.
And on the subject of keeping fit - walking. A 10,000 steps a day club has just been set up over on the main gransnet site bit.ly/1qocA7D so get your pedometer at the ready and get in training. 10,000 steps might be something you could work up to if you don't normally do a lot of walking, it's harder than you think.
